- Learn how to think like Leonardo da Vinci in the workplace.
#3: Controlling Your Emotions Effectively - Responding to Your Emotional Triggers
- What are your emotional triggers?
- Why do they drive you crazy?
- How to be emotionally intelligent to rein in your emotions in response to workplace situations.
COST: $200 per workshop. Bring a non-perishable food item or monetary contribution for the Des Moines Food Pantry.
