The Practical Coach Training

"Coaching is the process of letting people know that what they do matters to you."

How do you inspire your team?
How do you recognize great work and challenge employees to maintain high performance?
How do you challenge employees with poor performance or innapropriate behavior?
How do you confront employees when they are heading down a "dead-end" road?

This seminar presents one of the most practical approaches to effective coaching you will find. It is based on a video, which illustrates the coaching techniques in simple and practical ways.

The seminar content provides techniques in four coaching areas:

  • Never let great work go unnoticed.
  • Never let poor work go unnoticed.
  • Know the reasons for poor performance.
  • Never let them go down a "dead-end" road.

The seminars can be presented in a format addressing each of the four coaching areas with direct application to current employee situations, or in a three to four hour seminar that covers all four coaching areas. Rental or purchase of the video-based program is required for the seminar.
